Working Together for Competitive Advantage
To ICOSA, resources can be instituted once there is established infrastructure to store, accommodate and organize them. From there, ICOSA’s symbolic metaphor of the bee represents the resources that each member of a collaborative effort brings to the table. While resources are represented on a vast scale, they provide tangible and intangible benefits that can be analyzed, watched, followed and scaled as needed. While resources are beneficial, it is also imperative to be reasonable as we consume and utilize them based on demand.
